CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note we do have a cancellation policy in place. All bookings require a $25 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with. 48 hours of your original booking.

RUNNING LATE

Running over 15mins late, may result in your appointment, needing being rescheduled to our next availability, in which case you will be charged 100% of your serves before the rescheduled. If we decide based on our discretion that we can accommodate you on the same day, by shortening your service booked. This is all done in order to avoid inconveniencing other clients who are booked after you. We will always do our best to run on time for scheduled reservations, and we thank you so much for respecting our time as well.

OUR GUARANTEE

We want you to be 100% happy with your hair. And you feel something wasn’t as it was discussed or we did not live up to your expectations, for any reason, please feel free to contact the salon within 14 days and we will book you back in to rectify. Please understand this does not include a change of mind or wanting to get a result the was explained to take multiple appointments to achieve without damaging the hair. We no not offer refunds, and issues that pop up after 14days will require new appointments.

We can not guarantee results if you don’t purchase correct hair care product from us or follow at home recommendations. Issues such as colour fading and unwanted tonal change within 14days of your appointment can be caused by using the wrong haircare products and improper care.
